evening. we begin near mt. hamilton in san jose where they rescued a man in a ravine. kimberly tere is there. >> reporter: emergency crews are still out here. there is a tow truck out here trying to get that car out of the ravine. just after 2:00 this afternoon, san jose fire said a car drove off mt. hamilton road crashing 150 feet below the cliff. the crash about a mile east of clayton road. emergency crews were able to coup the two people inside the convertible corvette but san jose fire says the terrain made it an arduous task. >> it went down about 150 feet into a ravine. very steep embankment. a lot of trees, bushes, things making access difficult. >> reporter: the first person was rescued about an hour after the crash. that was we're being told, the passenger and that person was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. the second victim, the driver was extricated after that and air lifted by a chp helicopter
,000 feet. so obviously, mt. hamilton, mt. diablo, and mt. st. helena, could see a dusting as we go to tuesday night. mostly sunny skies, cooler, temperatures dropping about 5 to 7 degrees for sunday's highs. and then monday we'll deal with more clouds and low clouds for the morning. and then it is the afternoon that we'll see increasing clouds, a chance of showers in the north bay right after sundown. but the main event comes monday, midnight, into tuesday morning. a wet commute, things running down by tuesday evening. colder air surging in, and snow around mt. hamilton by tuesday evening. the rain, mainly a tuesday evening event, quarter inch to maybe a quarter inch of rain around sonoma county and the santa cruz mountains. the snowpack, looks like we should see a foot of snow in the sierra by tuesday night. tomorrow morning, patchy low clouds, dry on sunday, the highs, mid-60s, not bad around the valley, san jose, low 60s, 59 san francisco, and 62 for santa rosa. so from here temperatures will continue to drop off. the most active weather day will be tuesday. you can clearly see

, the hamilton project is a think tank here in washington. and they asked experts to make the policies to reach two goals. they make the economy better, by growing the economy or protecting the environment or something. but here are my top five of the 15. number one, a carbon tax, and hamilton suggested we use money on a loot of it to lower the corporate tax rate, give money back to households and then cut the corporate tax result to 15 billion, we can do that by helping us fight global warming which is a far larger threat. and number two, get medicare to stop paying providers for every single thing they do, and begin paying them for each patient. they can keep the leftover money as profit. it forces them to think about how to treat patients as opposed to giving out services. number three, all the deductions, they do more for rich people. make them credits that everybody who pays income taxes can get. that makes it more fair and progressive. it raises $2.7 trillion, we can use most of that money to lower tax rates. number four, we used to fund infrastructure with the gas tax. that is broken dow
